ChickenSpace ("we", "us") operates the mobile game Bubble Trouble (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Game and how it is used. By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The Game uses Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may automatically collect and process information including:

• Device advertising identifiers (e.g. Google Advertising ID)
• Device information (device model, operating system version, language, coarse region)
• IP address (used to approximate general location and for fraud prevention)
• Ad interaction data (ads shown, clicks)
• Game and app interactions (for example runs started, waves reached, bosses fought, power-ups used, revives, and in-game ad outcomes)
• App version, build type, and general usage statistics
• Crash logs, stack traces, device state, and diagnostics related to crashes
• App-instance or device identifiers used by Google services

We do not include names, email addresses, free-form player text, or account details in our gameplay analytics events. Data is processed by Google on our behalf and is not stored in a database operated directly by ChickenSpace. We do not sell your personal information.

How the information is used

• To display advertising, including personalized ads where you have consented
• To measure ad performance and prevent fraud and abuse
• To understand game progression, balance, feature usage, and player engagement
• To diagnose crashes and technical problems
• To keep the Game running and improve it

Advertising and your choices

The Game uses Google AdMob. Google's handling of data is described here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we present a consent request (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before eligible advertising and analytics processing. You can review or change your available privacy choices at any time using Privacy Options in the Game's Settings screen.

You can also limit ad personalization in your device settings — Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete/Reset advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will address it.

Analytics, diagnostics, and data retention

Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics data is retained according to our configured Firebase retention settings and Google's applicable policies. AdMob data is retained according to Google's advertising policies. We do not maintain a separate user-account database and the Game does not require an account.

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing.
